Homemade herbs deodorant for sweating
There are many antiperspirants deodorant products available on the market but those products possess some danger and many people notice that when they stop using antiperspirants their tendency for excessive sweating dissipates.. Most fabricated deodorant contains many active ingredients such as Aluminum, Parabens, Propylene glycol, Phthalates, and Triclosan which are linked to some case of breast cancer, birth defects, allergies, and hormonal imbalances.
The best way to trust what goes on your underarms is by making it yourself! You can make your own deodorant for cooling freshness. You can use some antibacterial herbs such as peppermint, sage, or coriander. Mix your preferred herb with a few drops of your favorite essential oil, dilute it mineral water and apply it on your armpit.

Baking soda for sweating
Baking soda can be used as deodorant for sweating since it kills odor producing bacteria. There some ready to use deodorant which contains baking soda but should be careful because it might also contain other bad substance. Using baking soda as natural deodorant is simple just dust it over the offending areas such as underarm. The con of using baking soda as deodorant is that this can be a little messy and won’t work well with your black tank top.
So how does it work? Baking soda is an alkaline substance while sweat is an acidic substance when these two different substances are combined then they will be a chemical reaction to each other then evaporates and leaving only some residue. The residue left on skin by baking soda also act as absorbent to keep the skin dry.
Baking soda bath is best to be used after a shower. First step is to exfoliate your skin a loofah or other sponge material then fill your bathtub with warm water and add a cup of baking soda to the water. Soak yourself in the water for half an hour and you can take the extra bit of baking soda in the tub and rub it over your armpit, feet or other area.
Powder for sweating
In addition to a good absorbent, talcum powder can act as skin protestant since it works by reducing friction. Body powder or baby powder can be use to fight sweating by absorbing sweat and may reduce sweat production on skin-on-skin contact area such as underarm area. A typical baby powder body powder is talcum powder mixed with a fragrance additive. While the talcum works as absorbent, the fragrance can fight body odors.
Talcum powder is made by milling very soft mineral made of magnesium silicate into very fine material. Talcum powder can easily inhale and has been linked to some breathing problems and even cancer. Many today’s baby powders are made of cornstarch powder to replace talc. Unlike talcum powder, cornstarch powder has larger grains and poses no health risks. You can also use medicated powder for sweating if you have irritated skin problem, medicated powders may contain ingredients like menthol and zinc oxide, which cool and protect the skin.
You can apply a light dusting of the powder of your choice onto your armpits, and anywhere else that you might sweat. But you must remember that using powder can get messy especially if you sweat a lot, the mixture of powder and sweat can leave you with unsightly clumps of powder.

Essential oils for sweating
You can use essential oils for relaxation and since they can easily penetrate the skin, these oils are some of the best substance to fight odors and odors will make sweating worsen.
To use it in the bath, add 5-7 drops essential oil to 1 ounce carrier oil and then add this blend to your running bath water and mix well before getting into the tub. You can try to mix and match the scents that suit you best to get a better bath experience.
You should also note that some essential oils are dangerous for pregnant women, so if you are pregnant, breast feeding or expecting to become pregnant it would be wise to rather give some essential oils a miss.

Speaking about mix and match these last few essential oils might be too strong to use by itself for some people but if your nose is strong enough you can try to mix and match these oils.

You can use these essential oils in the shower by soak your body in warm running water for a few minutes to open pores, then place 2-3 drops directly on shoulders and/or behind the knees and distribute over wet body, and rinse if desired.
