Sage tea for sweating





According to Tieraona Low Dog, M.D, botanical medicine expert, sage has been known as one of the best herbal treatment against excessive perspiration. The director at Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine said that she has scored some successful case on using sage tea for sweating. Sage leaf contains several compounds to calm the sympathetic nervous, sage tea should reduce the overall daily perspiration.

German health authorities have approved the usage of sage leaf to treat hyperhidrosis, some of sage herb formulation has also been approved to relief hot flashes and night sweats.  The best practice to use sage is by buying dried sage leaf in capsules -1,000 mg - and uses it twice a day. To make tea, add a teaspoon of dried leaves to a cup of water, bring the mixture to a boil, and steep for 10 minutes.



You can find dried sage leaf at local store or in form of tea and you can dump it in a cold or hot water and you should drink it within two hour, the sage tea effect will last up to one week after you drink it.
